Operating on the AWS Nitro hypervisor, the instance delivers a baseline network bandwidth of 12 Gbps. Performance benchmarks show average multi-core CPU and memory bandwidth capabilities, though single-core and multi-core computational scaling benchmarks are relatively weak. Lacking GPU acceleration, it is not suited for machine learning or high-performance computing.
