      General Purpose

      The Google Cloud Platform n2-standard-2 is an entry-level general-purpose instance featuring 2 vCPUs and 8.0 GB of RAM, powered by an Intel Xeon processor running at 2.8 GHz on the x86_64 architecture. It provides dedicated CPU allocation with Hyper-Threading across a single physical core, alongside support for AVX-512 and AES instruction sets. This instance does not include local storage or GPUs. Benchmark results place the n2-standard-2 in the lower performance tiers, with weak single-core and poor multi-core compute metrics, as well as limited memory bandwidth.
