Server Description
A memory-intensive virtual machine featuring dedicated Intel processors, substantial RAM capacity, and integrated local solid-state storage.
Microsoft Azure FX36mds is a memory-intensive virtual machine within the FXMDVS family, running on the Microsoft Hyper-V hypervisor. It features an x86_64 Intel processor with 36 dedicated vCPUs and 756.0 GB of RAM, providing a high allocation of 21.0 GB of memory per core. The server is equipped with 1548 GB of local SSD storage and is Premium Storage capable, though it lacks onboard GPUs and complimentary public IPv4 addresses. This hardware profile is qualitatively structured for memory-bound enterprise workloads rather than compute-heavy or graphics-accelerated tasks. The high memory-to-vCPU ratio makes the FX36mds well-suited for large-scale databases, in-memory data processing, caching layers, and enterprise applications requiring substantial memory capacity.
